      Pros

      Some decent and talented employees. Many however are looking for new jobs. Used to be a great work environment however repeated lay offs have made the culture toxic.

      Cons

      Senior management doesn't know what it's doing. Each quarter of disappointing results leads to more lay offs. Job insecurity has led to talented engineers leaving for other companies. The company is now in a death spiral. Senior management is wasting shareholders money on acquiring companies they haven't a clue how to integrate with the rest of the business. Kana acquisition was a disaster.

      Great environment and supportive management team. The company provides spaces for diverse backgrounds to be heard and supported.

      Pros

      We have a culture of selling. Say anything you need to as long as you get the sale.

      Cons

      "We are having one layoff this year" I find that absolutely hard to believe. We have a CRO that has a weird tough guy attitude.
