Pros
Permissive time off (advertised as such, but bosses are poor planners and can give you a hard time when you want reasonable time off).
Cons
Very little or no consequences for bad behavior or poor quality work, across the board, but even for the engineering teams. Nobody wants to admit to poor planning or take responsibility for poor design work. It’s always pass the buck to the next guy.
