Pros
fairly flexible scheduling, the debit card they offer for pay is a neat program. I also used a gym benefit and the free Coursera subscription. They also offer a free mental health benefit that is not connected to medical benefits.
Cons
The work environment is toxic- the majority of people who work the front end are miserable to be around. The customers even said as much to me when I would be nice to them. They talk about the customers all day in every manner possible. Some employees were genuinely nice but still miserable because they were passed over for advancement opportunities, denied days off that were requested months in advance, and basically felt unappreciated and taken advantage of. It was very unorganized, older employees of the same job title felt like they were over new employees, and would only do what they wanted and push out new employees from doing work they were assigned to do. It was the worst experience, I don't even want to shop there unless I have no other choice.
