High workload, but understandable due to the timing and project I was involved in.

If you're with the right team, it's great. The people are nice, the work pace is reasonable, the expectations are realistic. I felt like my contributions meant something, and I felt very comfortable in the quality of our work and the feasibility of what we were trying to achieve. My manager was very kind and put in the effort to make sure I was in a position to do my best work. One of the best places I've ever worked. 5 stars.

If you're with the wrong team and are in a stable enough position to go elsewhere, please do. Management behaves incredibly inappropriately, an almost comically textbook example of a toxic workplace environment. It's a very disrepectful, needlessly high stress environment, all to produce worse outcomes on longer time scales. I am also being actively prevented from doing my best work. Deeply disappointed that the company has allowed this behavior to persist. 0 stars.
