1. The contract has a no solisitation clause that prevented me from getting a job with the company I was contracted under. I was not allowed to apply to the company during the term of my contract or up to one year after the end of the contract. If I was to leave the contract before its end I would only have to wait x# of months that I worked. This also covered the customers of the company I worked for. Effectively making so I could not look for employment at a rather large number of organizations.
2. The benefits are almost nonexistent.
3. The lack of benefits and the No solicitation clause in the contract effectively turned it into something that resembled a prison or a trap of some sort. If your desperate for work, go for it if not they could potentially cost you more than their worth. The opportunity cost from this contract is intangible but very high avoid it if you can.
