In addition, there are many events and social opportunities to get to know colleagues outside of your immediate team, which is exciting, as you can meet new people very regularly.
Cons
It's a company where change is constant. That can be tricky for people, but it's also the nature of working in a tech-focused company, with all the changes that come with innovation. With this change, can come opportunity and new challenges. So it does mean you have to adapt and reprioritise your work on occasion. Although there are opportunities for learning and development outside of your role, you have to seize these yourself, rather than opportunities presenting themselves to you, so it does require proactivity.
