Some groups and divisions are very difficult to work with.

Too many chefs in the kitchen! Changes and more changes. They believe we are suppose to change overnight. Every since the new Head of Consumer came it’s been nothing but constant chaos. He literally says none of us who have been here for years know anything. The way I can tell he said that is if you look at all of the people he’s hired none of them were internal promotions all of them came from either Wells Fargo or Chase two organizations he previously came from.
