Pros

A collaborative workplace that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Leadership is receptive to process improvement suggestions and actively encourages team members to share their ideas. For employees interested in advancing into management roles, the company offers programs focused on developing leadership skills.

Cons

Recruiting individuals with expertise in FAR and DFAR is inherently difficult in this industry, often leading to understaffing and added pressure on existing employees.
