Cons

Too many to name. and I ignored all of them. You'll never listen to the top agents calls.....does anyone else find that odd?

- Benefits - Busy season - PTO - Some solid managers - Great work/life balance most of the year - Lots of diversity within the sales teams

Cons

- Some awful managers - Slow season where income drops - Two separate managers told me not to move up because you make less money - Revolving door: to be expected in sales, but they "trim the fat" firing the bottom performing agents fairly regularly.
