Pros
* Nice campus where we worked * If you did your job properly, they let you do your thing * Because we worked at the Irvine location, we got to take a lot of paid holidays off even the minor ones * You can leave work at work. I never took work with me like some other positions I've had in the past. You can relax on your days off
Cons
* Pay is way below what a mac technician should make * No way to move up, I was there for a year and a half, they promised me an L2 position but kept pushing out telling me that the company was in a hiring freeze and not bonuses or promotions would come any time soon * Company culture is very poor. Many employees disliked one another, management never really did anything * Virtually no recognition, do your job and you get to keep your job. Never gave a real incentive to do more than the bare minimum * Health benefits are not great
