      Pros

      Met some great people onboard the ship, there are some seriously hard working good staff.

      Cons

      The most hostile and clicky management I have ever experienced in my 20 year career, From the first day I got on the ship the knifes was out. Crucial information was withheld from me. I was set up to fail from the start. It really made me quit retail management.

      Pros

      Flexible working, free parking (although you have to literally fight for a spot), some colleagues are nice

      Cons

      Toxic managers, low pay, overworked, long hours & unappreciated. If you are looking to apply for anything lower than a management role forget it and AVOID. Lack of diversity in teams which can feel very uncomfortable as you can see who is preferred over you if you are not white.
