      Career progression if you want to move up the ladder and put the effort in Relaxed office culture Ability to talk to people of all levels

      Cons

      No flexibility Field staff always put above everyone else - office staff reminded they are just a cost to the business Culture/value lines can be blurred

      Not many pros. Terrible experience

      Cons

      Poor management, bad office turnover. Bums on seats culture, poor bonus structure. Low base salary. No flexibility, micro management. Females have no career progression unless in the purple circle. Everyone’s role is replaceable they won’t listen to feedback. Both office here and in WA just as bad as each other

      Toxic Culture - LOTS of drinking

      Opportunity to work with people from around the world and fine tune my skills.

      Cons

      Drinking and if you don't you're not a part of the in-crowd, Unwanted advances from peers. I had several race based encounters. Degrading and dishonest leadership. My bonus was based on my managers performance. If I wanted my bonus I needed to drive them to be successful.
