Pros
The company puts a ton of money and effort into its program and the results are clear. Even though they are not recruiting from the most elite universities the interns are still pretty bright and easy to get along with.
Cons
Your internship experience depends heavily on your manager. If you have a manager that gives you a cool project to run with and plenty of support, it will be the best internship you'll ever have. However, if your manager is extremely busy and cannot interface with you on a weekly or biweekly basis things become much more strained.
