Pros
I've worked at ONE Grounds Management for several years now. There is currently some major growth happening and it is exciting. Has it been hard at times, of course. But when the dust settles, I know that the principles this company is built on are the driving force to what happens. It is a company where you are not babysat. If you require someone telling you what to do all the time, this is NOT the place for you! The point is for each employee to take initiative and ownership in each of their roles, not matter where they are or what position they are in. The CEO pushes everyone to become better than they are. The vision of the company is to be "An Influence for Good". That pretty much sums up the culture of this company and I enjoy working here.
Cons
At times, it can take a long time to get decisions made and rolled out. Growing pains are hard and are very apparent. But working through them will turn them into pros quickly.
