Panda Express reviews about "pay"

There was multiple things I didn't enjoy about working at panda but what made me leave was most definitely management. Man manager at the time would power trip and feel insecure in her job role if we tried improving the convince of the work flow or employee work relations. Even when we(other shift leads) would take on roles outside of our job description we would be told we had to do it in order to get a promotion which I never really wanted it was just an excuse for managers to push off their work load in order to "manage" others which I never really noticed much of in my experience. When someone tried speaking with management about these problems they retaliated with cutting hours but the kicker was when they spoke with an aco they told him he wasn't ready to be a manager since he wasn't a problem solver and lost 3 months of work due to favoritism. I have a new job where the work environment is better and having a friend who still works here and says it's the exact same I wouldn't recommend unless you are looking to kiss up to climb in this specific work area.

Managers and other leads require too much work and company culture is very demoralizing.

Management horrible, a lot of nepotism. Managers are rude, don't take accountability and will throw you under the bus. I've seen managers put in fake time and not actually work.
