-Lovely, friendly colleagues -Pretty good work-life balance -When the comapny was doing well, great benefits. When it hit hard times, these disappeared :(

-Editorial strategy changed too often. -Limited resources (partly due to misdirecftion of funds, partly just due to the state of the economy)
