Long history and culture of helping customers and doing heavy repair. Beautiful location in San Diego. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Corporate so over focused on saving money for the stockholders that they nickel and dime every move we make. Shop repairs take long periods to be approved, we are running with old equipment and minimum manpower. High rates of injury and employee turn over

Standard benefits, 401k, health insurance etc. Pay can be competitive depending on the account. Breakdown coordinators have improved big time. PTO

Governed trucks, drivecam, and the shop can be hit and miss.
