Work life balance is great, workload is manageable

I've been here for 3 years, always received great reviews and still not promoted. Been working towards a promotion for 2 years now and i was SO sure i'd get it this year but lo and behold, they said there weren't any promotions from AM to Sr AM this year. and THEN announced Managers got promotions to Sr Manager etc. what a slap in the face. Tried to negotiate compensation increase, retention bonus etc and was flat out denied. Leadership does not advocate or fight for you and don't provide a path for you to do so yourself. The icing on the cake- a Sr AM position was open on my team, but instead of promoting someone who has earned and been very vocal on getting a promo to Sr AM, they decided to hire externally because they 'needed fresh blood'. Note, 3 out of 4 AMs (2 were Sr AMs) on my team quit in 2025... and yes, their work got dumbed on me and of course i was not promoted or given a raise for doing 3 people's jobs and at a higher SR level. in addition, 2025 was quite a chaotic year; 3/4 AM's on my team left and most of their work was dumbed on me and as the last man standing

-More room for professional development and growth. The hierarchy of SXM isn’t one necessarily built for growth and a lot of departments are siloed
