Pros

- it was a temporary income

Cons

- non-stop calls - unable to get answers on people chasing up complaints. Telling them to wait for an outcome with no time frame, makes for very unpleasant calls. - Nuisance callers from the public who keep calling about the same issues, even though it's nothing to do with SRA.
