      The material you could learn is virtually bachelor's degree level knowledge if you're a hands on position.

      Cons

      The supervisors have been dishonest, and incompetent. Significantly incompetent in the past, but less so since the past couple months of 2023

      Team culture, competitive pay, opportunity to advance, caring culture and senior leadership. Interesting work, learning opportunities, etc. A great place to work. Positive atmosphere, overtime hours and pay, holiday shutdown, benefits both health and retirement, Bonuses

      Cons

      Weekend work ocassional, sometimes delivery dates can approach quickly causing necessary overtime (could be a plus if you want to make extra money)
