      -Micromanagement (non-subject matter experts telling subject experts how to do things) -Lack of adherence to company values -Culture 'talk' but not in practice -Roles under-leveled and underpaid compared against fair market values and similar companies in the same industry (from what I have personally seen) -Outsourcing roles to India to save money (even during the best quarter in years) -Lack of support or team environment -Operates as a small business when it is not a small business any longer -Highly siloed with little cross-department communication -No clear understanding of the business as a whole due to siloed structure (the term 'matrixed' is thrown around a lot)
