Was referred by a current employee, applied online as well, had phone screening 2-3 days later and a computer test another few days later. Had an interview with a manager right after the computer test as the results were very good and I was selected to move forward in the hiring process. I received an offer over the phone a few days later and went in to sign the offer later. Ended up being hired as a collector. Total process: about 2 weeks.
