Interview was conducted online. It was mostly chill since the manager taking the interview was fairly calm and gave me time to respond. There will be two rounds (or more) of interviews, first taken by a manager and then the director. Overall decent experience.

Question 1
Initial questions revolved around my profile - banking-related project etc. Then switched to the payments system and asked me questions about Amex's closed loop system and then the recurring revenue sources for the company.
There are total 3 rounds of interview (phone interview with the HR, face to face interview with the line manager and the department head)

Self introduction, questions about your work experience
the HR systems at Amex needs serious improvement. I've had multiple rounds of interviews for several different positions and each time I interview something is wrong with HR operations. Either the interview link is broken, the HR calls me without fully reading the role or my resume. Even the employees are frustrated with HR. Please improve your systems.
