I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was fun. Involved a tour of the company along with various interviews including a case study analysis and a formal HR interview with various questions. I also remember them mentioning that they talked to pretty much every person I interacted with that day so be wise with how you conduct yourself during your entire stay there even if it seems like the people you are talking to aren't necessarily "interviewing you" per say

Question 1
Name one weakness that other co-workers who have worked with you in the past would say about you
They post the same job in many different locations, but it’s all for their Madison Wisconsin site. Most of these positions have job titles ending in ‘engineer’, but seem to essentially be IT work with unclear growth opportunities. The people I spoke to were very nice but I decided not to continue the interview process.
First round was an online assessment and a phone interview. The online assessment consisted of math, reasoning, and programming based questions. The phone interview was informal and just a conversation about the position.
