I was expecting the first phone interview with recruiter, but it was with a current dev. Very typical questions like "why epic", and briefly talked about a project of your choice.

Phone Interview (30 mins), Skills Assessment (3 hours), then Final Interview. Phone interview was simple and easy, just info about the company and yourself. Skills assessment was a bit challenging and long. Haven't gotten a response for the final yet
The phone interview is a chance for them to chat about your background and for to learn more about potential role. interviewer will be a member of our recruiting team or a member of the team you’re interested in joining. there will be assessments which has to be completed before or after your phone interview after that they will review it and if selected invitation for an final interview will be sent.
recruiter call into a technical OA. after that was supposed to be an actual interview with a person but i didnt get that far so im not really sure what that is like
