The interview process is a multiple step process for hiring new employees. The job stages mainly comprise job interview held either one on one, with a group of candidate, or with a penel. Interview are conducted in person, over the phone by email, or video conferecing tools.
Pretty cold, but fair. I didn't end up getting the job but it was a standard interview process, I do think the could be a bit more warm in their attitude, as people are understandably nervous during interviews. I guess that is just pretty standard.
