Gave a few situations and asked how would I respond in that situation.

Guest not happy with room, wants upgrade but non available. How do you respond.
Pretty cold, but fair. I didn't end up getting the job but it was a standard interview process, I do think the could be a bit more warm in their attitude, as people are understandably nervous during interviews. I guess that is just pretty standard.

Interview
