First round - two managers. 10 questions/behavioral and event specific. Tell us a time when...conflict/team/achievement/mistake ,etc... Sometimes they would ask specific knowledge questions: what is the nitrogen cycle for aquarists or what is your favorite animals and their natural history. They then gave you time at the end to ask questions
