I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
An early stage phone screen right after the HackerRank assessment, going over past experiences and cultural fit and expectations through a third party company's recruiter. (Be ready to answer about you past experiences and how you approach development with AI)
Recruiter screening followed by take home test conducted by Uptime Crew. Then there’s a technical round that requires you to explain your code. Then the final interview is with the Intuit team.
There is one OA (coding question such as leetcode, sql, and bash), initial interview (non-tech screening), home assignment (two to four hours to complete), tech screening (30 minutes interview), and final interview.
Got an OA; it was fairly difficult. The first 3 sections were easy to crack, but I did not expect the scripts section as well for the OA. The SQL section was the easiest to solve.
