Friendly, straight forward as they are judging your demeanor in how you would handle customers. If you did customer service before, this is straightforward. Make sure you're aware of the high stress number of client onboarding as is the nature of the role.

For a take home assignment, prioritise emails, identify clients really not happy and put responses together for most emails
Overall a positive interview experience. The team was responsive when I followed up, but transparency around the final decision was limited. I was told my profile would be considered for future roles once they had more headcount. They did reach out twice afterward for additional interviews, but nothing concrete came from it.

Please look after yourself and do not trust a word they say until you have signed an offer and be prepared to have your time wasted and not treated with human decency. After 4 rounds including an extensive final task presentation, I was explicitly told I was the top candidate at the end of the hiring round, built up and praised as though I was clearly about to receive an offer only to be completely ghosted by the HR rep. No call back, no further feedback, no updates or response to my follow ups asking for a final decision. I have never experienced such poor professionalism or completely lack of respect for my time and effort from a company. Disgraceful behavior and ethics.
