1. There is actual work to be done. It is obvious that your work is meaningful and impactful. 2. You can ask for more work and they will give it to you.

Cons

Everything is on-prem. Not a bad thing, but not much to learn in the cloud here.

Colleagues are talented, professional, and thoughtful. A previous commitment to DEI means Cboe has a more diverse workforce which makes it a stronger organization.

Cons

The new CEO is a living, breathing, disinterested cliche. And his disinterest in regular humans is permeating all levels of the organization. People who can leave are, including senior leadership. Previous commitments to DEI have evaporated and salaries are stagnant. Internal career opportunities are rare. They recently announced that this year's annual promotion cycle would be moved from February to October. This is an organization being purposefully trimmed from within. The employee attrition is not only acceptable, but is most likely by design.
