Definitely some experienced tenured BCMs get away with anything even compliance and throws new associates under the bus, no Rms investigates back or questions due to the bcms tenure but ofcourse judges the new assoc.
Training new assoc is not given enough time. Esp online trainings.
Bcms dont have time to sit down and have employees shadow them while training as their busy attending calls with corporate now.
Always short staffed , saying we want great client experience then putting their own associates under the spot infront of ppl while not having enough coverage and writing them up if something goes wrong.
