For a communications company they must have missed the part where they learned how to communicate, cuz they sucked at it and their customers and field techs have to deal with the repercussions on the front line.

Work hours are nice. No weekends unless you need to close business. Pay is decent with lots of upside possibilities in commissions. Management is ok
Cons
They throw you out there in the field immediately. Before you get business cards or learn the ordering system you are out in your territory expect to sell. Poor training. Basically learn on the job as you go and if you ask questions, you’re told “didn’t you learn this already? We went over this a bunch of times” No, you most likely didn’t and if they showed you once, you better have picked it up. Daily no sale calls hold you accountable.
