Pros

Good starting point. You'll get chances for more project interviews based on what contracts your manager finds. If your assigned to a great project you'll hardly ever deal with the Infosys side of things.

Cons

Salary is poor compared to other companies. Pretty much the entire Infosys side if your are not contracted to any project. Little to no communication about the on bench process (called this when Not assigned to any project) you just do learning courses until someone tells you otherwise. Vague answers to how long the bench process takes and you cannot use vacation time while on bench.

Pros

I’ve been applying to Infosys for the past year and have submitted over 200 applications. Because Infosys limits accounts to 100 applications, my first two email accounts were eventually suspended, and I created a third one. Today, December 30, 2025, just before the end of the year, I finally received an offer. It wasn’t an easy journey. I went through 40+ interviews, faced many rejections, and learned something from each one. It wasn’t my time then, but the process taught me resilience, patience, and growth. To fellow job seekers: trust the process, keep learning, and don’t give up. Now the real work begins, showing up and performing well. Wishing everyone happy holidays and continued success.

Cons

The journey was extremely time-consuming and emotionally demanding, with repeated rejections, long interview cycles, and limited feedback creating uncertainty and burnout. Application limits and suspended accounts added logistical frustration, while focusing heavily on one company reduced flexibility to pursue other opportunities. The prolonged process also delayed career and financial stability, highlighting the real personal and professional cost behind the eventual success.
