      Personally I have worked in many companies and I can tell you that Infosys is really nice. They generally offer CTC 30-40% hike only but it includes variable pay for senior roles from JL4 and above. The work culture and job security is a plus , hybrid environment, global projects due to which you will never end up on bench and lots of other benefits like beautiful campus .

      Cons

      You may face some micro managing but based on project to project. Transportation is a cons for me . For general shift(9-5pm) , they have bus facilities and only for night shift or early morning folks they have cab facilities. No shift allowances in some projects even if you work in shift.
