Training can sometimes be a little bit fast

I really enjoyed my time at Optum. I got regular raises, and a lot of support from Management. I was also given the opportunity to take a class to become a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Training is grade 1, and asking questions is never a problem.

Calls are back to back. If you want a bonus you have to meet certain metrics. I found that Optum was more concerned with how fast I could get them off the phone, than did I give them thorough answers to their questions.
