Abysmally low salary for experienced skillsets.
Sales team that can't sell anything.
Constant issues with IT support and software releases.
Constant string of lies and misinformation from upper management to try and increase production output, despite them knowing they were shutting our plant down well ahead of time.
Plant-level management regularly assigned massively out of scope work because they knew I had a background in it, despite complaints and pushback about not being hired or fairly compensated for said work.
