Pros

My immediate team culture was okay, and some coworkers were supportive and collaborative. The company is well established.

Cons

The environment was micromanaged, secretive, and built on control rather than trust. Leadership expects employees to conform to outdated expectations. Workdays are long, often stretching into the evening, with little flexibility, and remote work is being phased out. Politics are openly discussed, tension cross functionally is high due to overwork and burnout. Pay and bonuses are discouraged from discussion, and transparency is lacking. The company embodies a culture of corporate greed. Compensation is below market, bonuses are underwhelming, and benefits are minimal. Leadership resists change, lacks diversity, and promotions favor a certain demographic. While my immediate team was fine, it did not outweigh the broader company culture.
