We greatly value employee happiness, and while others in our industry are implementing strict return to work policies multiple days per week, our hybrid work model takes a kinder approach, as we ask employees to join us on-site 1 day per a week. While we value your opinion, we genuinely believe that this flexible approach enables us to experience organic connections across different departments, meet and interact with new employees (promoting mentorship, teamwork, and community) and engage in fun events and in-person trainings.
