      Pros

      Staff are great, bonus scheme is good if you can deliver service and follow grading procedure! Social events are great when they happen!

      Cons

      Long hours by yourself, and if you’re struggling to meet targets you see that in both pay and reviews. Can only progress in training if you’re central to Doncaster etc.

      The only pro would have been the pay and working by yourself most of the time.
