Interview

It was a 2 step process with an initial interview being orientated around values and character and the second step being a technical interview, a pair coding exercise with 2 developer. Returned with good feedback even after no getting an offer.

There’s not much great communication. Although first stage which is the recruiter call is great but after taking the test and waiting for feedback, it came back months later. Basically ghosting
