I had a 30 min phone call with the person whose job is to enlist or enrol people as employees. She said she was going to speak to the hiring manager and get back to me. However, she never did get back in touch, even though I followed up with an email. It would have been nice to be told that they weren't interested, instead of being left to wait and wonder.

Interview
Had an initial screening with an internal Talent person, followed by a videocall with the hiring manager and then a 1.5 hour in-person interview. This involved giving a presentation based on an analysis I'd done for a case study they sent to me beforehand.

Interview
The process was professionally followed and everything went smooth. Everyone were supportive and help me understand the job before I join the team.
They asked me to present a case study which was mostly a marketing analytics tasks but similar to my current role to some extent.
